T.J. Roberts – T. J. has a major announcement to share with us. Don’t miss it!
TJ Roberts is a long-time liberty advocate and a graduate of Transylvania University and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. An attorney, TJ, along with Chris Wiest, Tom Bruns, and Aaron Siri, presently represent Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Ralph Norman in Massie v. Pelosi, a case challenging the constitutionality of the Congressional Mask Mandate, in the United States Supreme Court.
TJ has been a strong supporter of faith, family, and freedom. In 2020, TJ defied Beshear’s lockdown orders by attending church, protesting, and crossing state lines. TJ sued Beshear in federal court and won, forcing Beshear to rescind his church, travel, and protest bans. Throughout the post-COVID legislative sessions, TJ has been a staunch advocate for reforming Kentucky’s legal background to ensure lockdowns and medical mandates never happen again.
TJ has a long history of advocacy for expanding our constitutional liberties. He was actively involved in the fight for the Campus Free Speech Act, Campus Due process Act, and is presently fighting for Campus Carry. TJ was also heavily involved in the fight for Constitutional Carry and Second Amendment Sanctuaries in Kentucky.
